Acron contributes to the collection of the best HR practices in the chemical industry

Acron Group has contributed its programmes for attracting in-demand specialists to a collection showcasing the best HR practices in the chemical industry.

The collection was published for the second consecutive year by the Centre of Proactive Professional Training and Retraining in New Materials and Chemistry at National Research Tomsk State University. The publication aims to identify, systematise and share solutions that have already proven successful.

Acron Group has outlined its strategy and approaches to personnel management. For example, the Group offers graduating students the opportunity to combine work with full-time study, creating a talent pipeline and integrating young specialists into its work process.

Acron cooperates with educational institutions in the regions where it operates, implementing incentive programmes for students and young professionals and organising career guidance events and tours of its production sites for pupils and students. As a partner in the federal Professionalitet project, the Group supports regional vocational colleges that train specialists for the chemical and mining industries.
