Alexander Popov

In 2008, Alexander Popov was elected chairman of the Board of Directors and was named senior vice president in 2007.
Since 2004, he has been a head of the non-profit National Institute for Corporate Reform Foundation.
Mr Popov joined the Company in 1996. He worked as head of the internal audit division under the Board of Directors, head of the audit and legal department, vice president for corporate construction and financial control.
Mr Popov was born in 1969. He graduated in 1993 with a degree in finance and credit from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Mr Popov holds the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation. He was awarded the Medal of the Order for Merit to Fatherland, second degree.

Vladimir Gavrikov

In 2005–2021, he served as Acron’s Executive Director.
In 2006, Mr Gavrikov was elected to Acron’s Board of Directors.
Mr Gavrikov joined the Company in 1983 and worked as head of the office for social and cultural programmes, deputy head of the social development office, head of the social development office, social programmes supervisor, and deputy CEO for HR and social programmes.
Mr Gavrikov was born in 1960. In 1983, he graduated from the Novomoskovsk branch of the Moscow Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology with a degree in chemical engineering process automation and system mechanisation.
In 2016-2021, Mr Gavrikov was a member of the Novgorod Regional Duma, member of the Committee on Budget, Finance and Economics. He holds the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation and was awarded the Order for Merit to Fatherland, first and second degree, the Anniversary Medal in commemoration of Veliky Novgorod’s 1,150th Birthday, and a certificate of honour from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Science.

Nikolai Arutyunov
Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
Since May 2016, Nikolai Arutyunov has served on Acron’s Board of Directors; he previously sat on the board in 2008 – 2010.
In 2017 – 2018, Mr Arutyunov was adviser to the Director General of Hendel.
In 2016 – 2017, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Geotech Seismic Services, a member of the Board of Directors of IG SEISMIC SERVICES PLC, and managing director and head of the Institutional Client Department at URALSIB Management Company.
In 2011 – 2012, Mr Arutyunov worked as Executive Director in UBS investment bank.
In 2006 – 2011, Director of Research in NCH Advisers Inc. investment fund.
Mr Arutyunov was born in 1964. In 1986, he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Yury Malyshev
We deeply regret to announce the passing of Yury Malyshev, an independent member of Acron’s Board of Directors. Mr Malyshev made an invaluable contribution to the development of the mining sector and to the success of Acron Group’s vertical integration.
Doctor of Science (Engineering) and full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Yury Malyshev devoted his life to the Russian mining industry. He was also a practicing professional, serving as President of a non-profit organisation Russia’s Mining Industrialists and Director of Vernadsky State Geological Museum of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr Malyshev joined Acron’s Board of Directors in 2015.
Mr Malyshev’s outstanding professionalism, managerial talent, and extensive experience drove Acron Group to establish and later expand an efficient mining unit that provides feedstock for the Group’s mineral fertiliser production.
The whole team at Acron mourns the loss of Yury Malyshev. We extend our deepest condolences to his family.

In 2010–2017, he presided over the Board of Directors of Soyuzspetsstroy United Mine Construction Company.
In 1999–2013, Mr Malyshev served as president of a non-profit organisation Russia’s Mining Industrialists.
Member of Russian Academy of Sciences since 2011.
Since 1993, Malyshev has been president of the Academy of Mining Sciences, an interregional public organisation.
Yury Malyshev received postdoctoral degree in engineering sciences in 1988.
Mr Malyshev was born in 1939. In 1963, he graduated from the Kemerovo Mining Institute with degree in development of mineral deposits.

Ivan Antonov

In 2014 - 2021, Mr Antonov served as Adviser to Acron’s CEO (President).
He was Acron’s Vice President for production and development in 2011-2014.
In 2005–2011, Mr Antonov served as Acron’s CEO (President).
In 2003–2005, he was Chairman of the Managing Board.
In 1996–2004, Mr Antonov served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr Antonov has been with Acron since 1973. His previous offices include head of NPK operations, deputy head of sales, deputy head overseas, and head of Acron’s foreign trade division.
Mr Antonov was born in 1950. In 1973, he graduated from the Lensoviet Leningrad Institute of Technology with a degree in chemical technology. He was named Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation and received the Order of the Badge of Honour. He also holds the Russian Federation Prize in science and technology.

Alexander Dynkin

Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance Committee
Since 2012, Mr Dynkin has been a member of the Presidium of the Russian Presidential Council for Science and Education, a member of the Russian Presidential Commission for Strategic Development of the Fuel and Energy Sector and Environmental Security, and a member of the Russian Presidential Economic Council.
Since 2009, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Contemporary Development Foundation.
In 2008, Mr Dynkin became a member of the Russian Presidential Council on Science, Technology and Education.
Since 2009, Alexander Dynkin has been adviser to Acron’s CEO and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008.
Since 2006, he has been a director of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations at the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO).
Since 2001, he has chaired the economics department at the International University in Moscow.
Mr Dynkin was born in 1948. He graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute and the IMEMO postgraduate course. He is a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and has a Ph.D. in economics.
He holds the Order of Friendship, the Order of Honour and a medal in commemoration of Moscow’s 850th Birthday.

Irina Raber

In 2011, Irina Raber was appointed vice president for human resources and special projects of Acron.
Since 2006, she has been vice president of the Figure Skating Federation of Russia. Since 2005, she has been president of the Figure Skating Federation of Moscow.
In 2000—2010, Ms Raber was Prefect of the North-East Administrative District of Moscow in the rank of a Moscow Government Minister.
In 1991—2000, she headed the economics department of a prefecture in the North-East Administrative District of Moscow, and was promoted to deputy prefect and senior deputy prefect of the district.
Ms Raber was born in 1949. In 1972, she graduated from the Moscow Electrical Engineering Institute of Communications with a degree in electrical communications engineering. Ms Raber also graduated from the All-Union Extramural Polytechnic Institute specialising in production management in 1991 and from the MGIMO Institute of State Management with a degree in law in the sphere of state construction and management in 1996.
Ms Raber holds the Order of Friendship and the Order of Honour. The Russian Orthodox Church awarded her the Order of St. Olga and the Order of St. Sergius of Radonezh. She also has a Valorous Labour medal, a medal in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Lenin and a medal in commemoration of Moscow’s 850th anniversary.

Andrey Kolosovsky

Director General of Acron Engineering Research and Design Centre
Since August 2016, he has served as the Director General of Acron Engineering Research and Design Centre.
Between 1997 and 2016, Mr Kolosovsky worked for Acron as acting deputy head of the ammonia line, chief production specialist/deputy manager, chief specialist for production development and new technology/deputy manager, manager for production development and new technology, and deputy executive director for development.
Andrey Kolosovsky was born in 1971. He graduated in 1993 with a degree in Chemical Engineering of Inorganic Compounds from Ivanovo Institute for Chemistry and Technology.
Andrey Kolosovsky holds the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation.

Nina Danilchenko

Head of Business Sustainability Department
In 2013, she was appointed the head of Acron’s business sustainability department.
Ms Danilchenko joined Acron and Dorogobuzh in 2004.
Nina Danilchenko was born in 1977. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in Economics and Company Management from Sergo Ordzhonikidze Russian State University for Geological Prospecting.
