Acron Group Companies Sign Collective Agreements for 2024–2026

Acron Group companies – Acron (Veliky Novgorod), Dorogobuzh (Smolensk region), and NWPC (Murmansk region) – have extended their collective agreements for a three-year period. The agreements came into force on 1 January 2024 and will remain effective until the end of 2026.

The collective agreements are aimed at establishing and maintaining social and employment relations that promote sustainable and efficient operations, improving the employees’ living standards and ensuring a positive working environment.

The new collective agreements maintain all the benefits and guarantees: salary adjustments and meal allowances, paid holidays, lump-sum payments for significant events, financial assistance, including seniority bonuses, a special programme for retirees, and financial support for former and long-time employees.

In 2022, the Group allocated a total of RUB 878 million, up 47% year-on-year, to social benefits and guarantees for its employees and their families. High-quality healthcare programmes will also remain in place. In 2022, Acron Group invested RUB 213 million in voluntary health insurance, health resort services and vouchers to use the Group’s health and recreation centres.

Funds are also allocated to occupational health and safety measures, sports and cultural events, healthy meals, support to the Group’s long-term employees. In 2022, the Group spent RUB 73 million to support its non-working retirees.

In order to ensure health and safety at work, the collective agreements provide for cooperation between the Group and the trade unions, including assessment of working conditions and free transport to the place of work. The Group invested RUB 16 million in improving the housing conditions of its employees.
