Acron confirms that it is buying back 953,752 shares of its outstanding common registered non-certificated shares at the local offer price of RUB 910.39 per share in accordance with the Board of Directors decision announced May 18, 2010. The total number of shares applied for buy-back by Acron was 3,556,264 and therefore Acron is required to pro-rate each shareholders’ tendered shares. The pro-ration ratio applicable to each shareholder is 0.2681893133.
Each participating shareholder will be required to execute a share purchase agreement and such purchase which will be recorded in the share register. Title to the shares will transfer between September 10 and October 11, 2010.
