Today Dorogobuzh (a company of the Acron Group) released its unaudited 9M 2009 IFRS consolidated statements.
9M 2009 Financial Highlights
• Revenue totalled RUB 7.72 billion, down 8% year-on-year (9M 2008: RUB 8.37 billion)
• EBITDA* was almost halved year-on-year to RUB 1.94 billion (9M 2008: RUB 3.85 billion)
• EBITDA margin was 25%, down from 46% in 9M 2008
• Net profit totalled RUB 1.42 billion, down 54% year-on-year (9M 2008: RUB 3.10 billion)
* EBITDA is calculated as operating profit plus depreciation and amortization
9M 2009 Operating Results
Total ammonia and mineral fertiliser output (less own consumption) totalled 1.14 million tonnes. Nitrogen fertiliser output was up 63% year-on-year, ammonia was up 47% and complex fertiliser was up 35%.
