Acron Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Approves Dividends for H1 2008

At the Extraordinary General Shareholders meeting on September 29, 2008, Acron shareholders resolved to pay (declare) dividends in the amount of RUB 80 per ordinary share for the first six months of the 2008 fiscal year. Since the Q1 dividend has already been declared (paid), the amount currently payable to shareholders is RUB 40 per ordinary share. The total dividend for the first six months is RUB 3.8 billion.
