Acron launches corporate AI portal for employees

Acron Group’s experts have developed and launched a corporate AI portal for employees. The solution streamlines employees’ access to databases, instructions and regulations, and facilitates routine work.

The AI portal maintains internal document management and assists with standard tasks such as searching for and navigating through documents, drafting texts and emails, and providing guidance on corporate procedures and services. When generating responses, it relies on the Group’s bylaws, instructions and regulations.

The portal follows a hybrid approach. For tasks involving corporate expertise and internal materials, it uses local models deployed within a secure environment. Specific scenarios are handled by external, cloud-based language models. The system selects the most appropriate tool for each task, balancing response quality and speed while ensuring compliance with information security requirements.

The project is currently being integrated with the in-house AIS ERP system, enabling AI to be incorporated into business processes and leveraging real-time data to support employees’ decision-making.
