Alexander Popov, Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors, commented on the results:

‘In 2025, Acron Group achieved a record commercial output of 9 million tonnes, primarily driven by the successful completion of Ammonia 3 revamping in Veliky Novgorod at the beginning of the reporting period. Due to expanding its capacity by 200,000 tonnes per year, we have increased the output of mineral fertilisers and industrial products.

Mineral fertiliser production was up 5% to 7 million tonnes, fuelled by a surge in sales of nitrogen fertilisers. In particular, the output of liquid UAN grew by a factor of 1.7 to 1.4 million tonnes. Complex fertiliser production remained at the same high level as in previous years.

The Oleniy Ruchey set a new production record of 1,450,000 tonnes of apatite concentrate. This achievement is a result of the measures implemented to boost the capacity of underground mining operations and the coordinated efforts of the entire mine complex. As usual, the majority of the product was consumed internally; however, we saw an increase in shipments to third parties supported by rising output’.
