Around 4,500 people attend VPC’s stand at Education and Career show and forum in Perm

Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (VPC, a member of Acron Group) attended the annual Education and Career show and forum, which took place in Perm in October 2025.

Almost 4,500 people, including schoolchildren, high school graduates, students and their parents, stopped by VPC’s stand to learn about working conditions, career prospects, employment benefits and current vacancies at the Company. VPC employees also entertained attendees with various activities, contests and quizzes, giving exclusive branded souvenirs to the most active participants.

School students were especially eager to take part in the contests and quizzes, showcasing their intellect and quick wits. Many students wanted to learn about the Company’s internship and scholarship programmes. Older visitors asked about social guarantees, working conditions and professional development and career growth opportunities.

Elena Dnistryan, Head of Human Resources at VPC, praised the show and forum as an opportunity to present the Company and guide young people towards careers in the real economy. ‘We are pleased to see that young people are keenly interested in the opportunities and prospects offered by our company, and we are committed to finding and promoting talent’, she said.

The Education and Career show and forum, the largest event of its kind in Ural, was held in Perm for the 27th time this year, bringing together 60 educational institutions, 30 employers from Perm Krai and other Russian regions and nearly 35,000 visitors.
