AK&M Rating Agency has assigned Acron Group a RESG 1 rating for non-financial reporting, which is the highest level of disclosure of sustainable information.
This year, the Group has released its third ESG Report, providing a comprehensive description of its environmental and social initiatives, production safety measures and corporate culture.
AK&M recognised the high quality of the social policy disclosure, which focuses on social responsibility towards employees, contractors and the Group’s footprint regions. Each section of the ESG Report has a consistent structure, covering material topics, KPIs, key management principles and detailed results. The report also addresses such issues as ensuring safe and comfortable working conditions, providing personnel training and development opportunities and support for young employees. The rating agency praised the report’s smart design and user-friendly structure.
AK&M launched its ESG Report Rating in 2020. Based on 96 factors, it analyses completeness and availability of information on sustainable development, with the aim to share best practice for disclosing information about companies’ social and environmental efforts with the professional community.
