In terms of 100% AN, including AN solution from other production facilities

*** Commercial output is output less in-house consumption.

****  When in-house consumption of ammonia exceeds its production, the commercial output of ammonia is equal to zero

Alexander Popov, Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors, commented on the results:

‘This year, the Group is posting a record-high output. Upgrades to the Ammonia-3 unit in Veliky Novgorod have enabled us to produce an extra 500 tonnes of this product per day, which translates into a higher output of ammonia-based mineral fertilisers and industrial products.

Mineral fertiliser production was up 9% to reach a new high of 3.7 million tonnes, driven by increased production of UAN and NPK amid strong seasonal demand. Industrial product output grew 24% to 743,000 tonnes, mainly due to higher production of industrial AN.

The Oleniy Ruchey mine also achieved a record output of apatite concentrate thanks to the efficient operation of its open-pit and underground mines, producing 367,000 tonnes in Q2 2025. The Group uses the increased output to ramp-up its in-house consumption of apatite concentrate for NPK production and to boost shipments to third-party customers.

As a result, Acron Group’s commercial output in H1 2025 was 4.6 million tonnes, up 12% year-on-year’.
