Dorogobuzh (a member of Acron Group) has purchased apartments for its employees in a new building in the Sportivny residential complex in Dorogobuzh, Smolensk region. Roman Dmitriev, Executive Director of Dorogobuzh, received the keys to the apartments from Vasily Anokhin, Governor of Smolensk region.
The apartments are fully finished, with up-to-date plumbing and gas heating. The new block of flats is surrounded by a landscaped yard with a children’s playground.
As part of the housing project designed for its highly skilled specialists, Dorogobuzh concludes lease agreements for the duration of their employment, with an option to purchase an apartment on preferential terms after five years of tenancy.

The new block has 64 flats, 40 of which have been earmarked as corporate housing for employees of companies and social institutions in Dorogobuzh municipal district, including doctors, teachers, sports coaches and specialists working in the agro-industrial complex. This social initiative, led by the Smolensk regional government, was implemented with the support of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture under the Integrated Development of Rural Areas programme. According to Governor Anokhin, the housing project is aimed at securing the future of the region’s residents and creating favourable conditions for young people to work and fulfil their potential in their hometowns, thus boosting the development of Smolensk region.
