*** Commercial output is output less in-house consumption.

****  When in-house consumption of ammonia exceeds its production, the commercial output of ammonia is equal to zero

Alexander Popov, Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors, commented on the results:

‘In the first quarter of 2025, Acron Group achieved a record commercial production of 2.3 million tonnes, up 11% year-on-year. Mineral fertiliser output increased by 8% to an all-time high of 1.9 million tonnes, and industrial product output increased by 27% to over 300,000 tonnes.

The Group’s strong performance was driven by the overhauls and upgrades completed last year. For example, the Ammonia-3 unit in Veliky Novgorod is already operating in commissioning mode after the reconstruction, with a 27% higher capacity than in the first quarter of 2024. With the record ammonia volumes, we have ramped up the production of almost all other items in our portfolio. We are also planning a similar reconstruction of another ammonia unit this year to further expand the output of mineral fertilisers and other products.

The Oleniy Ruchey mine also performed excellently, producing 355,000 tonnes of apatite concentrate, an increase of 18% over the previous year. The commissioning of the third crushing and conveying system, which will further expand the underground mine’s capacity, is scheduled for 2025. This year, we expect to reach an unprecedented apatite concentrate production of 1.4 million tonnes’.
