Sporting Acron, an Acron corporate project, won the Best Corporate Sports Culture Initiative category at the national Sports and Russia Awards.
Larisa Korolyova, director of the Acron Sports Centre, accepted the award on behalf of the company. ‘This award goes beyond recognising our achievements. It reflects our team’s unwavering dedication. Behind it are thousands of training sessions, dozens of corporate tournaments, shared victories, and the personal milestones of every employee. It is the ultimate result of our collective effort, our sincere love for sport and our mission to promote a healthy lifestyle within the company’, she said.
The Sports and Russia Awards is a key event for promoting sports and developing the national sports industry. Held in Moscow with the support of the Russian government, the event brought together sports industry professionals, including entrepreneurs, club and federation heads, top managers and marketing experts. A panel of experts comprising sports industry leaders, business representatives and public officials selected the winners from over a thousand applicants across 200 categories.
This is not the first corporate sports award for Acron. In 2025, the company won the 4th ARCORPS AWARDS National Prize for Best Corporate Programme for Engaging Employees in Corporate Sports and Healthy Lifestyles (for companies with 2,500–10,000 employees).
