Dorogobuzh (a member of Acron Group) and the Federal State Budgetary Institution Smolenskaya State Station of Agrochemical Service have signed a strategic partnership agreement to maintain and improve the fertility of agricultural land in Smolensk region.
The agreement aims to combine efforts to preserve and improve soil fertility through research and development using mineral fertilisers produced by Dorogobuzh, and to help both parties exchange important information, provide necessary advice, plan bilateral events and establish joint working groups to achieve the set goals and objectives.
Smolenskaya State Station of Agrochemical Service has been working closely with farmers in Smolensk region, who have been using Dorogobuzh’s conversion calcium carbonate as an ameliorant widely and effectively. Each year, the employees of the agrochemical service collect and summarise the data on application of mineral fertilisers, the majority of which (58%) are supplied by Dorogobuzh, for sowing and top dressing of spring and winter crops.
