*** Commercial output is output less in-house consumption.

****  When in-house consumption of ammonia exceeds its production, the commercial output of ammonia is equal to zero

Alexander Popov, Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors, commented on the results:

‘In 2024, Acron Group’s commercial output of main products remained at the same level as in 2023, totalling 8.4 million tonnes. Mineral fertiliser production decreased by 6.8%, while industrial production increased by 12.8%.

During the year, three out of four ammonia units underwent scheduled overhauls and upgrades.

At the Veliky Novgorod site, Ammonia Unit 3 underwent a major upgrade, increasing its production capacity by 500 tonnes per day. Unit 4 and the single ammonia unit at Dorogobuzh were overhauled. As a result of these measures, gross ammonia production decreased by 151,000 tonnes, which ultimately affected commercial fertiliser output.

At the same time, apatite concentrate production reached a record high of 1,351,000 tonnes, up 187,000 tonnes on the previous year, due to increased ore extraction, offsetting the decline in fertiliser production.

In 2024, the Oleniy Ruchey mine completed the connection of the underground mine to the auxiliary shaft and the construction of the second main air heater, which will significantly boost the underground ore extraction capacity. Improvements to production processes at the processing plant continue and a third crushing and conveying complex at the underground mine will be commissioned in the near future. All this will contribute to further growth in apatite concentrate production capacity.

Taking into account the upgrades, increased capacity and reduced repairs, Acron Group plans to produce approximately 9 million tonnes of commercial product in 2025'.
