Verkhnekamsk Potash Company, an Acron Group company, started construction of the Elochka recreation centre in Perm krai. Designed by Acron Engineering, another company of the Group, the facility will host children of VPC’s employees from June to September, and from September to May it will welcome VPC’s employees, Perm krai residents, and tourists.
The construction will be carried out in two stages. The first stage will include construction of a cafeteria, three 34-bed guest houses, a medical station, a bathing complex, a gas boiler house, a transformer substation, basketball, volleyball and a mini-football fields, and outdoor fitness equipment. VPC has already begun drilling two water wells, renovating three existing buildings, and preparing for construction of new facilities.
The Elochka summer camp is to open its doors in 2024 with three 21-day summer sessions, each attended by 100 children.
