The book marking the 55th anniversary of Dorogobuzh (a member of Acron Group) entitled Great Legacy. Success Today. Confidence in Future, received Publishing Projects award in the 2022 Silver Threads corporate media competition. The ceremony took place as part of the 17th National Corporate Media Conference.
The book explores Dorogobuzh’s 55-year journey relying both on stories told by long-term employees and archival records. It highlights the Company’s milestones, key achievements, major wins, values and objectives.
The book design is appealing in its simplicity and features many old photos reflecting the Company’s history and the spirit of that time.
The book includes records found in the Smolensk Region Archives, the local history museum and Dorogobuzh’s corporate history museum. Petr Privalov, a well-known journalist, writer and literary historian from Smolensk, is one of the book’s authors.
Silver Threads competition is established by the Academy of Communication and Information to raise profile of corporate media in Russia’s media space and create a platform for professional cooperation. Acron Group’s Making a New Future received Silver Threads award for Best Corporate Book in 2020.
