Acron and Russian Export Centre to Expand Cooperation

During the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2021) Acron Group and the Russian Export Centre signed a cooperation agreement to expand and support Acron Group’s exports of high-tech products, including a loan guarantee provision and insurance support from EXIAR and Eximbank of Russia.

‘As partners, we offer effective credit guarantee and insurance support instruments from EXIAR and Eximbank of Russia. Expanding the insurance programme for short-term accounts receivable will allow Acron Group to increase its sales volume, enter new markets, and expand the export geography for its high-tech products. We are confident that our support will help Acron Group upscale its export potential. We have a long-standing cooperation with the Group and we hope that the agreement we have signed will give a new impetus to its development,’ said Senior Vice President of the Russian Export Centre and CEO of EXIAR Nikita Gusakov.

‘In 2020, the Group sold 7.8 million tonnes of its main products to 74 countries, with Russia, Brazil, Europe, and the United States as key markets. Cooperation with the Russian Export Centre will help us steadily increase our production potential and continue our expansion in promising international markets’, said Chairman of Acron Group’s Board of Directors Alexander Popov.
