Today, Acron (Moscow Exchange and LSE: ticker AKRN) has been notified of changes to the list of persons indirectly exercising voting rights on the Company’s shares.Cintmoon Enterprises Limited (Cyprus), which controlled 15.6% of Acron’s shares through Norka Investments S.à r.l. (Luxembourg), informed that it no longer has voting rights on the Company’s shares.
Subero Associates Inc. (British Virgin Islands) has informed that it has the right to indirectly control 87.07% of the Company’s shares.
According Acron Group, its ultimate controlling shareholder has not changed as a result of these events.
