Acron (Veliky Novgorod) passed a compliance audit of its quality management system with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. The audit was performed by the international organisation DNV GL, which noted improvement in the Company’s basic business processes.
During the inspection, the auditor visited Acron’s ammonia and NPK production facilities as well as its urea and methanol units and its pre-shipping unit in Veliky Novgorod. The focus of the audit was on the production process and the level of customer satisfaction with the Company’s product. DNV GL noted in its report that Acron’s staff is highly knowledgeable and qualified.
Based on the inspection results, the auditors gave a positive assessment to Acron’s (Veliky Novgorod) quality management system and noted its effectiveness. Acron Executive Director Vladimir Gavrikov commented: “Another successful audit is the result of the huge work undertaken by each of the facility’s employees. The certificate of compliance for the quality management system is one more proof that Acron is a reliable and fair manufacturer producing quality goods, which undoubtedly gives the Company’s products credibility with consumers”.
