Today Dorogobuzh (a company of Acron Group) released its unaudited RAS financials for H1 2012.
Financial Highlights
• Revenue was up 5% year-on-year to RUB 8.62 billion (H1 2011: RUB 8.18 billion)
• Sales profit was RUB 2.94 billion, almost no change year-on-year (H1 2011: RUB 2.91 billion)
• EBITDA* was RUB 3.10 billion, almost no change year-on-year (H1 2011: RUB 3.05 billion)
• EBITDA margin was 36% down from 37% year-on-year
• Net profit for H1 2012 was RUB 2.31 billion, down 28% year-on-year (H1 2011: RUB 3.20 billion)
* EBITDA is calculated as operating profit (sales profit) plus depreciation and amortisation.
