Due to the decrease in Acron’s authorised capital through reduction of the total number of its outstanding shares, the stakes of major shareholders in Acron’s charter capital increased as follows:
• CJSC Acronagroservice – to 23.30% from 19.80%
• Questar Holdings Limited – to 22.32% from 18.97%
• Refco Holdings Limited – to 23.35% from 19.84%
• Granadilla Holdings Limited – to 15.62% from 13.27%
Shareholdings of Acron’s Board of Directors and Managing Board members in Acron’s authorised capital changed as follows:
• Alexander Popov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Senior Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board – to 0.032% from 0.027%
• Vladimir Kunitsky, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Managing Board – to 0.037% from 0.031%
• Ivan Antonov, Vice President for Production and Development, Member of the Managing Board – to 0.075% from 0.065%
• Oscar Valters, Senior Vice President, Member of the Managing Board – to 0.010% from 0.009%
• Dmitry Golubkov, Vice President Overseas, Member of the Managing Board – to 0.027% from 0.023%
