Pursuant to the issue documents, Acron set the interest rate for its second series bond coupons 5–8 at 8.2% per annum.
On September 24, 2009, Acron issued the second series bonds with a total par value of RUB 3.5 billion for four years at MICEX. The bonds will pay semi-annual coupons. The interest rate for bond coupons 1–4 was 14.05% per annum.
