Acron Announces Voluntary Tender Offer Results

Pursuant to a resolution by its Board of Directors, Acron is buying back its outstanding common registered non-certificated shares for a total not to exceed 1,907,504 shares at RUB 1,020.49 per share. The total number of shares applied for buy-back by Acron was 7,150.

Each participating shareholder will be required to execute a share purchase agreement and such purchase which will be recorded in the share register. Title to the shares will transfer between March 10 and April 08, 2011.
