Acron (Veliky Novgorod) contributed 85% of its stake in AS BCT terminal complex (Sillamäe port, Estonia) to the authorised capital of Balttrans, its logistics sub-holding. With this transaction, Acron Group has finalised consolidation of its port logistics assets under Balttrans, a holding company now controlling 100% of both Andrex and AS DBT, and 85% of AS BCT.
After state registration of amendments to constituent documents, Acron’s and Dorogobuzh’s stakes in the new sub-holding will be prorated according to their contributed assets, giving Acron 65% and Dorogobuzh 35% of Balttrans.
