Over 2,000 employees and their children visit Acron’s recreation centres this summer

The summer season has ended at Acron’s recreation centres. More than 900 children aged 7 to 16 attended the Raduga (Rainbow) camp over five sessions, and nearly 1,200 Acron employees and their children aged 3 to 17 visited the Aurora leisure centre over nine sessions as part of the Mother and Child programme.

Providing ongoing support to employees with children is one of the key elements of Acron’s social policy. The company subsidises up to 80 per cent of the cost of holiday packages for its employees. This year, a 16-day session at Raduga cost RUB 60,000, and the eight-day Mother and Child programme at Aurora cost RUB 24,000. Employees paid just 20 per cent of the cost of the Raduga session (RUB 12,000) and 30 per cent of the cost of the Aurora package (RUB 7,200).

Acron uses funds from its voluntary medical insurance plan to offer employees health resort programmes at discounted rates. From January through September 2026, more than 300 employees received treatment at health resorts in Pskov, Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions, the Republic of Karelia, Crimea, Staraya Russa, Sochi, Anapa and Kislovodsk, as well as at Acron’s own health centre.

Raduga opened in 1971 on the shore of Lake Beloye, in Valdai National Park. To mark its 55th anniversary, the camp organised a summer programme under the slogan ‘It's more fun together’. Children enjoyed a packed schedule of outdoor and educational games, sporting competitions and music contests. Raduga’s professional teaching staff and activities team ensured safety and a high-quality holiday experience throughout the summer sessions.

Elena Vodova, head of Acron’s Social Affairs Department, said: ‘The summer health and entertainment programme is a long-standing tradition at our company, reflecting our commitment to the well-being of our employees and their families. Alongside major infrastructure upgrades at the recreation centres, we focus on providing educational activities for children during the summer holidays. This makes the camp an environment that supports children’s all-round development, not just a holiday destination. Here, they learn essential life skills such as emotional intelligence, effective teamwork and public speaking. By helping them build these skills, Acron is investing in the next generation of professionals’.

The Aurora leisure centre is located on the banks of the Msta River, 40 kilometres from Veliky Novgorod. It offers a variety of activities for the whole family, with weekly sports competitions, flash mobs and art events. Aurora welcomes guests all year round.
