Acron’s Board of Directors adopted a resolution to form the Managing Board as follows: Ivan Antonov, Alexander Popov, Vladimir Kunitsky, Oscar Valters, Dmitry Golubkov, and Alexei Milenkov.
Alexei Milenkov, JSC Acron Finance Director, is new to the Managing Board. Svetlana Nemova, Acron’s Vice President for Legal Affairs, resigned her office in March 2010 and withdrew her membership in Managing Board.
Alexei Milenkov owns 0.0017% of JSC Acron common shares and a 0.0009% stake in JSC Dorogobuzh authorized capital
Biography:
Alexei Milenkov was elected to the JSC Acron Managing Board in 2010. In 2008 he was appointed JSC Acron Finance Director. He has been with the company since 2002, working as head of the Information and Research Department of JSC Acron and deputy CFO at Hongri Acron (a subsidiary of Acron). From 1995 to 2002, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alexei Milenkov was born in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from Togliatti State University with a degree in automotive engineering. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
