The Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) now includes common shares of JSC Acron with a par value of RUB 5 in its “B” quotation list. There are 47,687,600 shares outstanding, under the trading code AKRN.
According to Alexander Popov, Acron’s Senior Vice President, “Acron is nearing its goal of being listed at all the leading Russian stock exchanges. That means that we are one step closer to holding an IPO in London.”
