From January through November 2007, Acron sold 1 million tonnes of mineral fertilizers on the Russian market. The company plans to deliver several thousand more tonnes by the end of the year, despite the fact that demand falls off in winter.
“We are pleased to have kept our promise to increase supplies to domestic farmers,” says Acron Senior Vice President Vladimir Kunitsky. “Domestic sales are up 29% year-on-year.”
