1С: ERP Project at Plodorodie Agribusiness Holding Wins the 1C Project of the Year Competition

The 1С: ERP Agro-industrial Complex Introduction Project at Plodorodie Agribusiness Holding (a member of Acron Group) won the 1C Project of the Year international competition for management and accounting automation projects in the Agriculture and Forestry nomination.

The project was implemented by the four agricultural enterprises that are part of Plodorodie, providing for prompt interaction between production sites.

The project has helped standardise reference data, establish a unified structure for costs and cash flow items, enter field operation data, and record direct and indirect expenses by crop, field and yield. With 1C: ERP in place, Plodorodie uses flow charts to plan and coordinate labour, fuel and lubricant costs and perform actual/target analysis by field. It has also integrated its treasury system, making it easier and faster to enter requests and send payments to bank.

The project includes the Agrosignal system, which fully monitors all operations of each Plodorodie member and assesses the machinery’s on-field effectiveness. Management and employees of Plodorodie Agribusiness Holding can now review real-time information from any device. Integration with the IKAR system allows Plodorodie to analyse grain prices and forecast income.

Upon completion of the project, 50 jobs were automated.

Alexei Kuchin, Head of Plodorodie’s Automation and System Integration Department, which oversaw the rollout of 1С.ERP, commented: “The project has achieved a wide range of top-priority goals in business automation. However, we continue working to implement solutions from our Road Map to improve the effectiveness of the Company’s document flow, planning and production control”.

In 2008, Acron Group established Plodorodie Agribusiness Holding to implement agricultural projects, test the Group’s advanced fertiliser brands and improve their application techniques. Plodorodie comprises four agribusiness companies: Kubris (Krasnodar Krai), Zvyaginki (Orel region), Plodorodie-Lukoyanov (Nizhny Novgorod region) and Plodorodie-Saratov (Saratov region), with a total area of 95,000 ha.
