Acron and Rosbank Expand Cooperation

The companies signed a partnership agreement for comprehensive banking services.

PJSC Acron and PJSC Rosbank executed a 5-year partnership agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors Alexander Popov and Chairman of Rosbank’s Management Board Ilya Polyakov.

The agreement is aimed at developing and strengthening existing cooperation, as well as finding new areas for further long-term mutually beneficial partnership between Rosbank and Acron Group. It also provides for cooperation using products and services provided by Rosbank and the international financial group Société Générale, of which Rosbank is a member.

Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors Alexander Popov noted: “Due to the current scale of Acron Group’s transactions and its expanding presence in the international market, the Group needs to develop closer cooperation with banking institutions providing comprehensive and reliable services, including those outside Russia”.  

Chairman of Rosbank’s Management Board Ilya Polyakov said: “The agreement develops several areas of cooperation between Rosbank and Acron Group, including support for export sales. As a member of one of the largest international financial groups, we have deep international expertise and are committed to offering the best solutions for Acron Group. I am confident that this agreement will become a solid foundation for exciting new projects and transactions, including investment and corporate financing”.
