Acron Group, which previously held a 50% stake in Acron-Trans, has bought another 50% through its subsidiary and increased its holding to 100%.
Acron-Trans is a railway operating company providing rail cargo transportation for Acron Group. Acron Group’s companies annually move a total of over 7 mn t of rail cargo. Acron-Trans operates over 1,700 railcars and tanks owned by the Group, as well as approximately 1,600 railcars of leased rolling stock. In 2016, the company leased 200 innovative railcars with increased efficiency and loading capacity.
