Acron’s Board of Directors has recommended that the annual general meeting declare dividends for 2011 in the amount of RUB 175 per common share.
Taking into account the dividends paid earlier for the first nine months of 2011 in the amount of RUB 129 per share, the Board of Directors recommends paying dividends of RUB 46 per common share.
The record date for shareholders to participate in the shareholder meeting is May 11, 2012.
