The Belomorsky directorate of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) issued to North-Western Phosphorous Company certificates of compliance with the requirements for design documentation, technical regulations and other legal regulations for the following facilities: open pit, access road to the open pit’s upland horizons, and pure water drainage (pure water conduit No. 1). With these certificates of compliance, NWPC is able to commission the open pit, the first important step towards bringing the Oleniy Ruchey mine on stream.
