Today Acron (MICEX-RTS and LSE: AKRN) released its audited consolidated RAS financials for 2011.
Financial Highlights
• Revenue was up 39% year-on-year to RUB 65.37 billion, (2010: RUB 47.06 billion).
• Sales profit was RUB 21.55 billion, up 93% year-on-year (2010: RUB 11.14 billion).
• EBITDA* was up 89% year-on-year to RUB 23.06 billion from RUB 12.20 billion in 2010.
• EBITDA margin was 35% against 26% in 2010.
• Net profit almost tripled year-on-year to reach RUB 23.82 billion (2010: RUB 8.69 billion).
* EBITDA is calculated as sales profit plus depreciation and amortisation.
