Within the frameworks of assets structuring in accordance with its business activities as declared by Acron Group, Dorogobuzh transferred 100% share of Andrex port terminal (Kaliningrad sea fishing port, Russia) to Balttrans logistic holding. The transaction has been aimed at optimising the Group’s corporate structure and does not involve any change in the ultimate ownership structure. At present, 100% share of Balttrans is also held by Dorogobuzh.
The consolidation of all Acron Group’s port logistic assets into the single holding company Balttrans is to be completed in the near future.
