Today Dorogobuzh (Acron Group’s company) released its non-audited RAS financial statements and operating results for H1 2010.
Financial Highlights
- Revenue reached RUB 5.75 billion, up 12% year-on-year (H1 2009: RUB 5.12 billion).
- Sales profit was RUB 1.36 billion, down 3% from RUB 1.4 billion in H1 2009.
- EBITDA* shrank 2% year-on-year to RUB 1.48 billion (H1 2009: RUB 1.5 billion).
- EBITDA margin was 26%, down from 29% in H1 2009.
- Net profit of the reporting period totalled RUB 761 million, which was affected by a negative RUB 280 million mark-to-market revaluation of Dorogobuzh’s financial investments. Net profit before revaluation of the financial investments was RUB 1.04 billion, up 12% from RUB 931 million in H1 2009.
