Acron owns 6.08% of Silvinit authorised capital (8.1% of ordinary shares). 

Silvinit is one of the two Russian largest potash producers. It has an operating mine at the Verkhnekamsk potash deposit with mineable reserves of 3.8 million tonnes of ore (in 100% К₂О).
