Quality Control

Acron Group works hard to surpass consumers’ expectations and understand their current and future needs. As a result in 2001, the quality management system at Acron (Veliky Novgorod) was ISO 9001 certified and a Quality Policy was adopted. ISO certification of the quality management system gives consumers greater confidence that Acron is a reliable and conscientious supplier of quality products.

In 2013, Acron and Dorogobuzh passed certified audits of their food safety management systems under FSSC 22000:2011 for "Production of liquid carbon acids (carbon dioxides) for food purposes."

The Group carefully guards the quality of its products, with laboratories working around the clock to provide quality control testing and analysis. The Group’s test laboratories are accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service for technical competence and conform to the requirements of GOST ISO/MEK 17025:2009. Acron Group products have all necessary compliance documents required by Russian Federation laws and Customs Union resolutions.

In December 2012, the Group introduced a new product to its portfolio — apatite concentrate produced by North-Western Phosphorous Company (NWPC). NWPC is engaged in ongoing efforts to improve product quality to meet consumer requirements. NWPC has already developed and registered standard TU 2111-001-78345898-2014 Apatite Concentrate. Specifications, a material safety data sheet for chemical production, and sanitary and epidemiologic findings on the products have already been received. In addition, NWPS is preparing for ISO 9001:2011 certification of its quality management system.
