Acron’s authorised capital is RUB 238,438,000 divided into 47,687,600 registered common shares with a par value of RUB 5 each. Acron’s shares are included in the "B" list of both the RTS and MICEX. Acron’s Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) are listed at the LSE, with ten GDRs representing one share.

Other than the holders listed above, Acron’s management is not aware of any holders of the Company’s shares with more than 5 per cent of its authorised capital.
