Training and recruiting begin with a career guidance programme for high-school students and students of higher and entry-level professional educational establishments. 

For high-school students 

Acron and Dorogobuzh are interested in encouraging high-school students from Novgorod and Smolensk Regions to pursue further study and obtain degrees in demand at the Company. Under a programme of cooperation between the Company and secondary schools, Acron Group has organised: 
  • In-depth study of related disciplines in specialised classes taught by university lecturers  
  • Rewarding winners of academic contests in related disciplines
  • Meetings of the Group experts with teachers, high-school students and their parents
  • Excursions to the Group’s facilities 
For university students 

One of the key strategies in the Group’s human resources policy is to attract students and young specialists to the Group’s production facilities for practical training and employment.

Student programmes 

Acron and Dorogobuzh give students a unique opportunity to find out more about their future profession and the Company’s corporate culture in the course of practical training at its production facilities. The programme is designed for third and fourth year students. It includes the following:

  • A fixed-term employment contract
  • Accommodation for the duration of the practical training
  • Introduction to the profession and work conditions at the production facilities
  • Participation in sport events and special corporate events 
The Company signs mutual obligation letters with students who do well during their practical training and are ready to work at Acron or Dorogobuzh upon graduation (this option is available for third-year fourth-year students at higher professional education institutions and for third- or fourth-year students at entry-level professional education establishments). 

Students receive the following guarantees:
  • Payment of a scholarship for the duration of training
  • Observance of the requirements for practical training and apprenticeship
  • Employment
