About the Group
Acron Group is a world’s leading mineral fertiliser producer with a high level of vertical integration, including potash and phosphate asset development. The Group’s key business segments include ammonia, nitrogen and complex mineral fertilisers, as well as organic and non-organic compounds.
Acron (Veliky Novgorod), the first company in the Group, was established in 1961. Today, the Group includes three major production facilities, has its own logistics infrastructure and international sales network, and is investing in its own raw material base. The Group employs more than 13,000 people.
Acron Group is a member of the International Fertilizer Industry Association, the European Fertiliser Import Association and the Russian Fertiliser Association.

The Group’s strategic objective is to advance its position of a leading mineral fertiliser producer by pursuing vertical integration, introducing cutting-edge production technologies, expanding into new sales markets, upholding the best internationally accepted corporate governance practices and supporting business transparency.
Assets
The Group owns and operates three production facilities – Acron (Veliky Novgorod, Russia), Dorogobuzh (Smolensk region, Russia), and Hongri Acron (Shandong province, China) The Group’s logistics network includes Acron-Trans (a railway freight carrier) and three sea port terminals, Andrex (Kaliningrad, Russia), AS BCT (Sillamäe, Estonia) and AS DBT (Muuga, Estonia). Through Agronova and Yong Sheng Feng, the Group has established its own distribution networks in Russia and China. Agronova International Inc. and Agronova Europe AG are the Group’s trading companies that distribute its products internationally. The Group is also investing in phosphate and potash mining projects, Russian-based NWPS and VPC, and the Canadian North Atlantic Potash Inc.
